Dr. Maulik Patwa

Dr. Maulik Patwa completed his MBBS and MS (Orthopaedic) training from Municipal Medical College (Ahmedabad). To achieve higher competency skills, Dr. Patwa undertook AO -International Fellowship program (under Prof. Kuno Weise and Prof D. Hoentsch) together with travelling Fellowship program by OREF, Chicago. He began his career journey at Dr. Manoj Joshi Ortho Hospital, Ahmedabad. His professional association at V S General Hospital and Municipal Medical College (Ahmedabad) and L G General Hospital and Municipal Medical College (Ahmedabad) contributed towards his learning curve which grew in leaps and bounds. For many years, Dr. Patwa indulged in teaching activities at L.G Gen Hospital and Mun. Medical College, Ahmedabad, India.
In his current capacity, Dr. Patwa is associated with Joint replacement and all kinds of spinal surgeries including those involving Minimally invasive, Microscopic and Endoscopic surgeries. He addresses difficult and neglected Trauma cases, Open fractures, Poly trauma cases, Pelvic and acetabular fractures and spinal cases of various types including Knee and Hip replacement surgeries. Apart from clinical work, Dr. Patwa is also committed to community service.He is engaged in activities ranging from donating blood, assisting disadvantaged and under-privileged families, organising and attending orthopaedic diagnostic and surgical camps in villages. He also conducts regular seminars and consultations for senior citizens, army, BSF, CISF, ONGC, IFFCO and other trusts like Rotary International, Lions Club. He is associated with regular medical camps at various places in Rajasthan and Gujarat every weekend.
